Conger's Jewellers guarantees the diamonds they sell are conflict-free and accurately graded. The entire Conger's Diamond Ring is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 10 years. Should our diamond fall out of its setting during this time period, as a result of our workmanship, we will replace the diamond free of charge.
Diamond Trade-Up
When you purchase a diamond from Conger's Jewellers, you may upgrade it anytime and receive a full credit of the original purchase price towards a new diamond. Unlike other stores, we do not impose a minimum upgrade size or value. Many stores we surveyed would like you to double the purchase price of the original diamond.
Free Appraisals
Every Conger's Diamond Ring is sold with a complimentary appraisal. We document the description of the ring and diamond(s). It includes a photograph and the current replacement value. It will be needed to purchase adequate insurance on your ring. We will re-appraise your ring every three years - free of charge.
Free Ring Cleaning and Polishing
From time to time you may have a special occasion and want your diamond ring to look its best. We provide a free service of cleaning and polishing for as long as you own your Conger's Diamond Ring.
