How long does it take for a jewellery appraisal?
It takes about 45 minutes to appraise an item, if you book an appointment for our While-You-Wait Appraisal Service. We recommend calling one week in advance to book the appointment.
Can I leave my jewellery to be appraised?
Not everyone has the time to wait for us to complete a jewellery appraisal. You may drop off your jewellery and pick it up later. Normally, the turn around time is a few days. Some people have an item or two appraised while they wait (appointment necessary), and leave other items of jewellery to pick up later.
