How long does it take for a jewellery appraisal?

It takes approximately 45 minutes to appraise an item of jewellery. We recommend calling one week in advance to book an appointment for our While-You-Wait Jewellery Appraisal Service.

Can I leave my jewellery to be appraised?

Yes, not everyone has the time to wait. You may drop off your jewellery and pick it up later. Normally, the turn around time is a few days. Some people have an item or two appraised while they wait (appointment necessary), and leave other items of jewellery to pick up later.
