The Process

Speaking to you, the jewellery owner, is best. We would like to learn as much as we can about your jewellery in order to help you. If you have any documents such as receipts, photos or jewellery appraisals, please bring them along. This helps establish a more accurate replacement cost. We prefer to work by appointment.

Years of Experience

David Conger is a GIA Graduate Gemologist and has 28 years of jewellery appraising experience. Staff are familiar with all types of jewellery - current and antique, domestic and foreign. We are able to replace most types of jewellery. Our manufacturing facility can even re-create a special piece from a simple sketch.

Great Location

We are easy to get to. Our store is on the second floor of the Hampton Park Plaza. There is plenty of free parking and we are away from the complexity of downtown parking issues.
